These details allow you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery in real time.

Tracking Your Parcel

All orders are shipped with trusted courier partners, primarily The Courier Guy, along with other reliable courier services when necessary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link. You can use this information to monitor your parcel directly on the courier’s official tracking platform.

Your tracking updates may include:

  • Order confirmed and collected

  • In transit between courier hubs

  • Out for delivery

  • Successfully delivered

Tracking Activation Time

Tracking information is typically activated shortly after your order has been collected by the courier. In some cases, updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier's tracking system, depending on processing times and courier operations.

If your tracking does not update immediately, this does not mean your order is delayed — courier systems may take time to reflect movement.

Delivery Timeframe Reminder

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Gauteng: 6–8 business days

  • Other provinces: 8–12 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, and location.
