Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold at Noor Cosmetics are 100% authentic Korean skincare sourced from trusted suppliers and brands. We are committed to providing genuine products only.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:

Gauteng: 6–8 business days

Other provinces: 8–12 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.
Which courier do you use?
We primarily use The Courier Guy, but may use other trusted courier services depending on your location and order requirements.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel directly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Not at the moment. However, we may introduce free shipping offers in the future for qualifying orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products.
Opened, used, or unwanted products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Clear photographs of the product as received inside the parcel, along with packaging and shipping label, are required for review.
Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or refund.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If we sent the wrong product, we will either replace it or issue a refund. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned before processing the resolution.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through PayFast, including major card payments and supported online payment options.
Are skincare results guaranteed?
No. Skincare results vary depending on skin type and individual concerns. We recommend checking ingredients before purchasing and doing a patch test when trying new products. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your skin or would like a full ingredients list, you are welcome to contact us and we will gladly provide additional information before you place your order.
