As a dropshipping store, our products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. This means that all return and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with our supplier.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at coreassistsolutions11@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will review it and liaise with our supplier on your behalf. Whether a return or refund is approved depends on the nature of the issue and our supplier's assessment. We will always do our best to find a fair resolution for you.
