Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times As our products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, shipping times vary depending on your location:
- South Africa: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or high demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
